Evacuated Tubes

Evacuated tubes are the most effective collector. The tubes are unaffected by changing weather conditions and provide greater temperatures by simply using light energy.

The winter months are not particularly sunny and warm so by using evacuated tubes you are able to optimize your solar systems output and provide hot water regardless of the cold climate. This is ideal for pools that are used perennially (indoor or outdoor!)

As used for domestic hot water systems a heat exchanger is required to transfer the heat from the fluid in the collectors to the pool

Compared to aqsol matting this technology is more expensive, but will create higher temperatures all year round.
